I have a concertina door in my Coachman vision xtra 575.

it has never been used but recently it came out the top track and wont fit back

Although I have a year left on 5 year warranty this is not covered.

Any ideas how I can fix it

ls this the fly screen in the door way? Would it be possible to remove/slacken the top track first, feed the screen in & then fix the track?

Suggest you email coachman. Give them your cris number and ask nicely how you do it. We have had this type for years and never had a problem but like with most things caravan there is usually an easy answer. Are the sliders t shaped? If so try turning them a right angle and clicking in.

If it the bedroom sliding door, and if it like my Pastiche 575 just removing the header rail and the sliding the runners back in.You may just get away with removing the screws from the "open " end and springing the bar down and popping them back in.

We had this problem with our VIP. I managed to spread the track by wedging something (can't remember what) into it and wriggling the stud at the top of the screen back into position.  I then closed up the track with mole grips.  The problem has not recovered.

I've had the same problem with my 575, just remove a couple of screws from the end near the cooker and you can pull the track down enough as there is flex in it with it being plastic and you can slide the runners back in.

One tip is to spray the track with silicon spray now and again so it opens and closes without and snagging.

We are the same. Just come back from Chichester and I find the screen flopping around. Couldn’t immediately see how to get the sliders back in place. Looks as if part of the runner is now bent. Will try the ideas above and report back.
