Swift Electrical Conduit

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked and answered before.

I'm trying to source some conduit for my 2017 Swift Ace. Looks extremely generic so would hope it's easy to come by, but for the love of trying I cannot find the stuff online. There's a good possibility that it isn't electrical at all.

Looks more like a shame plate (a panel to cover messy work) than dedicated conduit. I've added a picture of what I'm trying to describe.

I only want to cover a pair of Berker sockets that I've fitted, would be nice to match what's already there.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows what it's called.
