Free nights offer

Hi... we’re new members that joined in July. At the time a promotion was running to receive 2 free nights vouchers as an incentive to join. I’d be interested to know if any other new members have received theirs yet? I’ve now chased twice with the promise they’ll be sent through but no sign yet!

Hopefully it’s just me being unlucky and not poor admin... or worse...

    Welcome to the club and CT, GDJD. I’ll report your post to bring it to the Community Manager's attention. She may be able to get some action on the vouchers for you. Enjoy your free nights - eventually.😀

    PS. If you use the vouchers in peak season when prices are high, you’ll get better value from them.
