Aguri Satnav excellent customer service

I have a had an Aguri 500 Satnav for several years now and it has done the job whilst touring both at home and it France. This year when in France I was unable to access the list of countries properly in order to select France. Attempts to arrow down the list simply selected the country (Only A-C) opposite the stylus when pressed.

I rang Aguri on my return to the UK and attempts to re-calibrate the 'touch screen' failed I wasn't even able to use it for the UK. They offered me the option of returning it to them to see if they could remedy the problem at a cost of £30 plus postage or a new version (the Aguri 520) at a heavily discounted price. I chose the new product.

I must commend Aguri for the excellent customer service they provided for me. My old satnav was well out of warranty yet they did not try to wash their hands of the problem.

I am very happy to continue using the new model and for customer service give them a gold star and a recommendation to anyone else pondering which satnav to buy to consider the Aguri range.
