Does anyone know if a Kampa Gale electric air awning pump will fit a Ventura Trinus (or any Ventura) air awning? The Kampa pump is about half the price of an Isabella pump.

I am not familiar the Trinus but have the Gale pump which comes with about six different types of connector which seems to cater for most options. Two of the connectors are simple cone shaped tubes (of different sizes) which can be pushed into a circular shaped inlet such as an airbed etc.

I think the only difficulty comes if the awning requires the bayonet type connector which I believe the Vango ones have.

It's a straight forward cone shaped push in one. I've just seen a youtube video and it would seem that it will work. The Kampa pump is only £45 which I don't mind spending, the Isabella one is about £100 I think. Thanks for the replies.

I have the Bravo BP12 pump - which is about £80.  I think it was originally intended for inflatable dinghies and the like. It has a pressure gauge, automatic cut-off, and is very quick - inflates our Kampa 390 Grande in 3 minutes. I also invested in a small (40 Ah) 12v battery since mine draws more current than the normal caravan / car fuses on a cigarette lighter socket will allow.

I bought Leisurewize awning pump recently for £30. I've only used it once so far but it seems ok  .... built in rechargeable battery & preset pressure shut off.
