My 2 year old Lunar has just been in for some work under warranty. Had no problem getting it sorted with dealer 👍🏼

just guessing but if dealer has parts required  then you could be in luck. If not could be an issue

biggsy, some dealers have already agreed to cover warranty issues. Looks as if your dealer is dodging that route.

The "Lunar" that provided the warranties no longer exists as a corporate entity. It is highly unlikely the new "Lunar" company will wish to pick up the warranty work. However they may agree to make the spare parts so that owners can have the caravan repair carried out.

It's worth remembering that Lunar did not actually carry out the work, this either being done by the dealer or sub contracted out to a company like Crossley Coachcraft in Leyland.

Some dealers have agreed to honour the warranties. There is a thread in this section about Lunar and you will find the names of those dealers in there. If your caravan is fairly new then you may have redress against the dealer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I would suggest you contact the CAMCs legal department for advice. It's free for members.

We have a 2015 lunar and we have today noticed the the paper in one of the front locckers has turned blue in patches. I believe this is a damp problem it has just been serviced when we get the leak sorted where can we get the paper replaced.

Normally you can get replacement wallpaper from the caravan manufacturer so I guess you need to try the new Lunar company to see if they’ve taken over the old stocks.
