Problem with Buccaneer caravan

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has encountered problems with their radio and fridge in a Buccaneer caravan? 

We brought ours brand new in July and the fridge and radio lost power on the first trip out and the after sales care has been horrendous.

The dealer couldn’t fit the repair in for 2 weeks and it’s been there since so not amused.

    We have had the fridge fail on a new caravan but that was a faulty fridge. Not clear if yours is just the power or the fridge but I assume the power if the radio is not working. Probably loose connections or blown fuses..

    To be frank two weeks in the caravan industry is quite quick although not what you want to hear.
