Some things I like to find on campsites

Yes there are, here is one of them which comes close. It only really fails on flexible length of stay and payment on departure and no way will you get a pitch in peak season unless you book and pay a deposit. Not every pitch is hedged but there is quite a bit of screening.
There must be others?

Looks just like a club site but not as good.
I don't suppose we could have a name?
Back on topic, as most of AD's can only be found in a site abroad and unlikely to be found here or introduced here (maybe CLs) perhaps this should be in the over there section as it appears to be an 'advertisement' for touring there?

I just hope to find another like this, but so far it's been a forlorn hope.

Hill Cottage Farm in New Forest is really good, doesnt have a pool but the pitches are lovely with screened hedges, it has a good cafe/restaurant on site which I was very impressed with. It does have wifi but I think there may be a charge. Very good facilities, best site I have stayed at since coming back to camping.
Lots of serviced pitches, great dog walking area I think it ticks alot of boxes.

Where is this ET? Looks like my kind of site. Or are you keeping it a secret ?

Things I like to find are:
Rest of pitches empty.
Lots of flora and fauna.
Lack of man made noise.
A wild swimming spot, nearby, either coast or inland.
Dark skies. So little light pollution.
😁 Nirvana.

Apart from settle up when you leave how about run up a bar & morning bread bill and settle that too on departure? Happened to us on a site a few years ago in the Dordogne, was only looking for a couple of days but stayed a week, lovely family ran site with everything mentioned above plus you just ran up a tab. Most civilised...

Bliss, used to spend weekends on a site that gave most of this in a place called Aberlour in Scotland, site was in a sort of walled garden and the river Spey was close by with some nice swimming spots, but that was 15 years ago so a lot may have changed since then.

I am happy with:
1. Good access
2. A large space for my van and awning in a sunny position for my Panels.
3. A hard standing pitch.preferred but will use grass in fine weather
4. A water tap
5 A waste disposal point.
6 EHU for long stays (>4 days)
7.Having a comfortable van with all creature comforts on board the above will do nicely,

A mountain on a campsite? 😄

For us its
A clean, tidy and pretty site (flowers, bushes, trees)
Views from pitches (sea, lake, mountains)
Plenty of hot water for showers
Decent showers
Not too big a site
Not too busy/crowded/noisy
Plenty of things to do in the vicinity
Peaceful, especially at night
Don't need, shop, restaurant, bar, entertainment. A pool is nice but not essential.

As long as a site has EHU,and clean facilities then thats all thats wanted , as we go for the area, or to visit friends/relatives, saves a lot of "stress" looking for "nevana"and as our support vehicle is with us anything else near by is just a bonus

For me all I need is the CAMC sign outside.

as long as the site (stopping place) is where we want to be, it really doesn't need much as most of us are self sufficient for varying lengths of time...
we get plenty of one nighter village stops, a few two or three night rest ups where we might walk, cycle so these are important, but not so much the features of the site itself.
however, if at a 'destination' site, for several weeks, we do like a bit of action (life) and we do like a pool and a bar/restaurant gives extra options over eating away from the site or in (outside) the van. close to a nice town is also good, add a beach, good cycling and that'll usually do it.
location of bins or whether it has privacy cubicles just don't even come into our thinking...
we also do loads of THS meets and the 'site' has nothing to offer other than (generally) a field with a few water taps and a CCEP or two..but these are driven by their usual town location (school, playing fields and rugby clubs etc) and terrific value.

We're staying on one nearly like that at the moment, although there are 2 others on too, and can add to the list a fantastic view!!
Edit
Oh, and a brilliant red sunset!!
