We took delivery of our new caravan on the 14th of May 2019, after purchasing the caravan from what we thought was a good dealership. On the 21st June 2019 we had a weekend away my daughter noticed  that the back corner post of our caravan had been damaged and repair, only visible in direct sunlight.  I took photos of the bad repair and sent them to the dealership on the 22nd of June 2019, since then I have been calling and emailing the dealership for a response to my complaint from the manager, this never came,  I went into the dealership and managed on the second time to speak to the manager who denied that they have repaired the caravan and that he would get in touch with the factory , still waiting , when we purchased the caravan back in May we paid our money for it on the 27th of April whilst they’re paying our money my wife asked if she could see the caravan and was told by the rep it was in the compound and he could not find the keys for this compound , this compound did not exist, after speaking to the same rep again I asked him where was my caravan when we paid the money, He replied,  that’s where I was told you’re caravan was. I asked him why bid it take 17 days for the hand over of our caravan,  he could not come up with a reason ,  so I do believe the damage was caused at the dealership and they’ve just totally tried to deceive us after paying them just short of £26,000
