Code 14 on a Thetford fridge

Hi all. I switched my fridge on yesterday but it didn’t work. Firstly it said code 18 then that changed to code 14. The blue light flashes and there is a spanner on the display. I can find the model number anywhere. Any help would be great.

    Does your handbook help?

    The model number will be in your paperwork but, if all else fails, should be visible from the rear if you remove a vent.

    all info should be at rear of fridge (from inside no need to take grills off)you will have to pull bottom draw out to see label  Model number Serial number & other info is there  suggest when found write it in book for ease of reading
