Pump King help

I have a pump king card via the club offer. Had it for a few months and have just realised I haven't had the weekly text for a couple of weeks
Tried to log on the site to check settings and my email/password won't work. When I try to reset password and enter my phone number or email it says my account doesn't exist,.
Does anyone have a contact email for Pump King - they seem to have little information on their website - to be honest, for the club to be partnering/promoting Pump King is quite worrying as it looks so much like a scam!
