Servicing for Swift

Hi

We have a Swift 2017 model and live near Doncaster. Can anybody recommend a reliable approved company who can do the servicing, don’t mind if it’s a mobile one or not. We have had the 1st two services done by an Approved Service Centre but not happy with them so need to find another.

    Can’t help with a recommendation but thought I’d mention a couple of problems.  Check with Swift to see who can do their warranty work. We have a coachman and they’re happy for any NCC approved technician to do the work without revoking the warranty. Also many dealers won’t service caravans they didn’t sell.

    Is Louth too far for you?   We are very pleased with Couplands Caravans (I believe they also run Bradford Leisure, if nearer).   They do have good reviews on a number of sites.

    Hi Thanks for quick reply’s. I’m aware it has to be someone who is approved by Swift.

    I will have a look at Couplands/Bradford Leisure Moonstone, thanks for the information.

    Try AA mobile technician, although in Holmfirth he will travel to Donny. Highly recommended, doing our Swift on Thursday.

    Swift will guarantee work done by their own dealers and accept work done by other NCC approved workshops. They do not guarantee the work done by the other workshops however if that is important to you but the general guarantee still applies.

    We use GW Caravan Services at Creswell (junc 30 M1). Swift approved and cheaper than dealer

    Lowdhams Huddersfield. Large dealer but been pleased with their attention to the numerous faults on my 2017 Swift!

    Speak to Mandy the service manager.  She is a character and really helpful
