Insurance renewal "

Hi just had my insurance renewal quotes from Caravan guard . I have moved my caravan from the drive to a secure gold standard  cassia site so thought I had better inform them before I renewed . Expecting a slight reduction in my premium , to my amazement the guy informed me that my premium would in-fact increase. When I questioned this he informed me that while it was stored on my drive I would notice straight away that it had been stolen whereas if it was in a secure storage site it could be days or weeks before it was missed therefore making the chance of getting it back much less.Also it could more easily get damaged and not reported. Has anyone else experienced this with their insurance company

    does it have a tracker fitted and monitored 24/7. If so it would be spotted quicker than if at home as you could be in a deep sleep for hours before you go outside and spot it's missing.
