Electric Wheelchair lift for caravan

I have an Avondale Axcess 55 caravan which came with the original ramp as supplied by the factory. I am now finding it very difficult to use due to inoperable shoulder injury. An option of portable wheelchair ramp was offered when new. Does any member have any information on this or similar lifts and where I can buy one?
