Members touring stopping to use club facilities

just wondered if it is possible for club members to stop and use site facilities, like water fill ups, toilet emptying, toilets and gas purchase, as if we are a club then we should be able to do this, even if there is a small charge, can anyone advise if this is possible, and if not why not ?.

The short answer is that, no, it's not possible unless you pay for a pitch for a night.
