Caraflo bathroom single lever tap

hi I have an Elddis avante 840 2017  The caraflo swan neck bathroom tap has broken. The plastic chrome lookalike screw for holding the spout on top of the fitting has snapped 

does any one know where I can get a replacement part

i am in Brentwood Essex but will be caravaning near Boston Lincolnshire Thursday for a few days
