As you may remember, my take on disability is that no special provisions should be made. All facilities should be accessible to all.

I tend to lean in that  direction as well because if you cannot find your own way around difficulties, it is time to change direction. Even if one pitch was set aside, much like disabled parking, it well never be enough and therefore there can be no gurantees you could manage.

It would be a solution, however given the age of some Club Sites, and other restrictions that would make major alterations at every pitch more difficult, (leaseholds, planning restrictions etc...) then it would need considerable investment. Going down the hardstanding fully serviced pitch route certainly wouldn’t be as attractive to some users, us included, and lets face it, what is it going to do to prices? At least the Club does have a good mix of sites and range of extras. Perhaps the provision of Glamping pods is a nod towards being more inclusive for those who need more......

There is a section on the website that shows all sites with Full Service Pitches.  There is also the list I produced sometime ago, here:

    https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-together/discussions/sites-touring/uk-sites-touring/list-of-club-sites-with-full-serviced-pitches/

Please do let me know if there are any changes/ errors in this list, and I will update it.  I am 'following' all the Serviced pitched threads, so just post in any of these threads and I should pitch it up.

There is no specific/generic arrangement for disabled members, who should contact the wardens directly to explain more specifically their requirements.  I'm sure they will do their best to accommodate.
