Site experience survey and prize draw

I am not sure if I am missing the point here, but earlier today, the 10th of April, I received an email from the Club following a weekend stay at a club site inviting me to fill in a survey with the chance to win a £100 gift card in a prize draw. Sounds good so far. However, after clicking through the survey and filling in my choices and response I come to the last page, so decide to look at the terms and conditions. This tells me that "The closing date for this prize draw is midnight on 31 March 2019 UK time". This was ten days ago. Also that "The draw will take place on 4 April 2019". Now I generally do not mind providing feedback, but do feel in this case that I am invited to give my opinions and be entered in a prize draw, where they have already drawn the prize! Someone needs to look at their dates.

I have reported your post to see if we can get a response from site admin.

I hope the draw prize was not your only motivation for completing surveywink

    David,

Thanks for reporting it upwards. I do not mind doing the feedback, but the lure of a prize draw shouldn't be there if there isn't one.

    Many thanks

We are sincerely sorry, this is an oversight, thanks for letting us know and we’ll put this right today. We will ensure we enter everyone into our next prize draw who’s replied in the given time period.

What is it with all these "Content has been removed." posts?

Usually because the posts are off topic and don't add anything of value to the discussion.
