Dangerous roof light - partial solution

    I have a large wind up unit in the lounge which is 'wind resistant' but we also have three other roof lights but these all have a lockable position, it's the second position...

    i agree if I left it on the first position it could blow open...yours doesn't appear to have the lockable position...
