Swift Charisma chest of drawers

We recently purchased a Swift Charisma 2008 with a chest of drawers at one end. On our first trip it dislodged from its position and the base is damaged. Is this replaceable and has this happened to anyone else? We were not aware of any extreme bumps while towing.

    I always lift the set of drawers and place them on the floor when towing.   Suspension is not great in caravans and even a small bump that you wouldn't notice in the car can jolt the caravan quite a bit. Don't know what others do but it works for me. I use a couple of cushions to keep it in place and so it won't move. Drawer set base seems a bit basic - could you not make a replacement yourself ?
