Garlieston site
Returned from 2 nights stay, we loved our harbour view pitch. The site was very peaceful. Walks from site in either direction towards the garlueston house gardens we saw lots of wild birds. Heard woodpeckers and found fairy doors in the woods. The walk around the bay snd through woods was lovely too actually we ran it. We also visited sorbie tower house very interesting. We went to st ninians cave and isle of whithorn too. There us a nice pub right outside site we had a wee dram there and met the locals, the site wardens were very helpful and friendly. We will definately go back, the views are great from garlieston
