M6 Toll

I was very disappointed last week to be told at the toll booth that  the reduction in the M6 toll fee for members had ended on 31st December last.  Showing a membership card has in the past meant that the motorhome only paid at the car rate. I had to pay £11.30.  I haven't seen anything in the magazine or on the Web site about this loss of a really useful memerbership perk. Whats the story behind it?

    It’s been discussed here and I think it’s been publicised. As I recall, the toll road operator ended the discount scheme.
