Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, in Scotland is carrying out a survey of people who own a motorhome or campervan, to help improve the experience of visitors to the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Here is a chance to tell the park what facilities you might like.

In my personal opinion the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park has worked hard over the years to balance the access needs of all visitors, including wild campers, with the need to protect the environment from the impact of inconsiderate behaviour.

It will take around 10 minutes to complete.

Encouraging to see them canvassing views. The structure of the survey shows that they are thinking about what is required.

As I posted on another thread Scotland has apparently see a surge of motorhomes in recent years not only from the UK but from other parts of Europe. The latter no doubt driven by the weak pound and advertising of the NC500. The Trossachs NP already has some motorhome night halts perhaps they want to provide more or modify what they have to meet requirements if they don't already.

You'll need a permit, check out the Trossachs NP web site.

Perhaps they are satisfied with the present requirements/facilities for caravanners.
