I'm guessing your best bet might be to talk it through with the insurance people.  It must be possible to get insurance.  If your caravan is kept on a Club Site, I would have thought that the Club would insure it?

I cannot see any requirement to leave keys with the warden in the Terms and conditions.

We have a non club seasonal pitch.

    Leave a set of keys!

You have no idea how many people turn up who have forgotten their set, us included!

Cant imagine the insurance company would care about keys, ours was only interested in location and site security.

We had a season pitch at Cirencester last Autumn. No you do not need to leave a set of keys. The subject was never raised. However, if insurance is with the CC, as ours was, they did need to be informed. We were getting a discount for being in a gold compound and that was removed for the duration of the seasonal. Cost me about £6. However, worth doing as otherwise in the event of theft, we would not have been covered.

Dont know if it's the same everywhere, but at Cirencester you kept your barrier card. On leaving for a week or so, you just had to hand in a tag and sign out. Useful as it meant we could arrive out of hours and still get in with the car.

The insurance comment is relevant, though.
