Closing Facilities

Here at Sandringham, a nice site, basically a woodland clearing, there are two facilities blocks, one of which has been closed whilst we have been here, I'm guessing because the site is not occupied enough to warrant the full cost of running both blocks, one is closed for winter, I can understand that.

The problem then is, the walkway for us people in the central area and beyond isn't illuminated as well as it could be.

There are bulkhead lights affixed to the building illuminating the front walkway, but nothing for the side walkway. 

How would I raise this concern?
