I applied for this card on the 20th November 2018 to date I have not received it.

I have phoned Pump King 5 times and emailed them with no response.

I then phoned the club I received an email from Laura Cass saying she would sort this out,

still not done, phoned club again today Laura has been given a new job so nothing has been done and the club do not seem to be interested in sorting it out.Why do the recommend things and when they go wrong they don't want to know, what are we paying our membership fees for this to happen.Pull your socks up club or you will be losing a lot more members. They now tell me all cards will be received by the 15th February 4 Months late when promised to be 7 to 10 working days.Not sure I can trust this card organisation.
