used to get a regular request to do a survey, well perhaps not that regular but quite often, but the last 12 months or longer nothing, have they now got all the answers so no longer require member feedback, or did they not recieve the the feed back they wanted, I also believe there was two gunman when Kennedy was assassinated just to add a little balance.😇

We got surveys for most of the club sites we used last year except the last one not long before Christmas, Warwick Racecourse. Perhaps they have got the information they need? So when you hear the " we have listened to members" you know where it comes from!!!

Could it be down to your email preferences?

We had only one I think last year and only two the year before. As I understand it they are issued randomly, so if you get none it may just be down to pot luck. Possibly the club could comment.

Perhaps they are only sent to the members which give the club the answers it requires, then they can instigate the changes they require from the member's feedback, who was confused about booking a hard standing, this club is getting like the preverbial mushroom farm.

Could it be the company that the club "employed?" to carry out the surveys have got to expensive?
