Using a battery charger/conditioner

Hi I have a 2018 fiat Ducato and would like to connect a battery charger / conditioner to keep the engine battery fully charged . My Question is can I connect it to the jump start connections under the bonnet ?

    That's why I did with my Peugeot. I have since run a wire from my solar panels to charge the engine as well as the cab battery.
