I thought this was another brilliant drama from BBC. A gripping story, well acted and the way that Asian family got torn apart by what Raza was being asked to do was so authentic.

But I was left a little puzzled by the conclusion - DON'T READ ON IF YOU'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE SERIES AND HAVEN'T WATCHED THE LAST EPISODE YET!

Towards the end, after the truth behind the shooting had been revealed, we saw Gabe at some future point with a new sidekick, apparently Asian - were we supposed to think that this was Nassir and that the story that he'd turned the gun on himself after the shootings was a fiction made up by MI6 to protect him as an "asset". And if so, had he been sent by Gabe to prevent Holly from revealing the truth to Gabe's wife about his alter ego as Charlie?

Maybe I was just over thinking it, but it seemed like a tease set up ready for a series 2. Anyone else think that way?

I'm still rather confused by it although it was quite gripping.

You're right - all those detective series and political dramas! They also make up a large part of my reading! smile

Just binge watched this series. Very interesting and possibly an insight into reality. Yes, open to a further season.
