Auxiliary power supply

Help needed,

I have a Eldiss 115 motorhome and when I switch to auxiliary there is no power,I have replaced the leisure battery but to no avail.All works when using the vehicle battery.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by auxiliary? What socket are you seeking power from?
