Corran Ferry Loch Linnhe
Does anyone have experience taking a caravan across the Corran ferry? I know it takes caravans but it looks like there may be issues with approach/exit angles and ground clearance.
We are thinking of using the Resipole site on Ardnamurchan next Spring and the ferry saves miles of single track road.

Been across the Corran Ferry with the caravan many times, as long as you take it slowly you will be OK. I usually approach at a slight angle if the tide is low and have always been ok. Ardnamuchan is a superb location - enjoy.

I’ve never seen a caravan on the Corran Ferry but have seen coaches. A&J have confirmed it’s OK so you should be fine. The ferry is unusual in that it’s side loading.

I thought at first it was this one - but I think this is Glenelg.

Ah so ! Have we all gone soft?
But you and I remember the couple who arrived in Plymouth for the ferry to France - followed Ferry signs - and found themselves crossing the Tamar to Torpoint.
Can't stop, off to collect a daughter from the train - if it turns out Cornwall has trains today.
Cheers.

I think I would have become doubtful about the destination when I saw an open ferry running on chains🤣.
Trains? I’ve not heard any. Perhaps they’re silent electric ones.😂😂😂
