We found on arrival at our first site in France that our TV aerial was hanging loose, have no idea how it happened, but it had broken off the mast at the receiver. Gaffer tape provided the temporary solution, and loss of TV in France was no loss! When we got home I ordered the replacement bits from VisionPlus, it took a week from ordering to receiving the replacement, with excellent communications from Denise at VisionPlus all the way through. I have now fitted the new one and everything works fine, so thank you for first class customer service!

    They have also been very helpful in the past when I have called them about  setting up my satellite receiver built in to my Vision plus TV.

    We have had two Vision Plus Televisions and have found them to be easy to operate in all modes and a good quality picture.
