No games at all, your thread created interest, I was pleasantly surprised at how good they look👍🏻. Plus they have the very ‘high road clearance’ you requested. I thought I’d share my findings😊

Aussie units are built to go off road. Pulled by the appropriate vehicles as well. Off road in this country is usually defined as a grass pitch!

Look at older vans DD, we have one with much higher off ground clearance than most of today's models. Working knees and hips are required. And a double step for the dogs!smile

I see the name ellite caravans on Rocky's photo, see https://www.elitecaravans.com.au.

Maybe some expedition ones made their way to europe for the second hand market?

Her in the USA our vans have high road clearance because of our flat floors to alow for our slideouts  we love our slideouts we love our big vans

Love the beer pump in one of the pics.

An Aussie van was parked behind us in the ferry queue last year.  Very rugged looking and a lot higher than our U.K. vans

No need to nip out to the pub with your own beer on tap.👍🏻🍺

I bet they wear better than UK vans.

Ok DD, I’ll remember if I ever post on one of your threads again I’ll do a lot of research for you with links that will save you time, plus I will be sure to post my material source too. Or I could just continue looking for an OP that isn’t so hostile, luckily there are a lot on CT.

We have similar problems DD, I don't know what the solution is, sometimes our small M/H slides down part of the slope which also has a steep bend. We've had caravans previously, they just missed hitting the ground, the shortest van was the easiest.
