Has anyone had a problem with this company I, ordered a pair for my mo 2 weeks ago they are expensive enough without the delivery charge of £10, but thought they will be worth it as everyone raves about them.

shame the service isn’t as good as the product, I emailed a few days after order but got no response, so I phoned them to be told oh um they should be going out today. Well another 4 days goes by and a phone call from home, the mirrorguards have been sent to the billing address not the delivery address clearly stated on the order. So another 2 week wait till I get them. Emailed again to complain 3 days ago and guess what not even an acknowledgement let alone an apology

they will certainly not be getting any more of my hard earned cash

I have read in the past someone else had issues with their customer service.  However when I ordered mine a few years ago they arrived within a few days.  They are expensive but really do work.  My drivers door mirror took quite a hit earlier this year and survived no problem.

I have had mine over seven years and the have survived multiple knocks , dings and CMHC barrier key pad meetings.

I think the problem is the company is a small one man band with a good product, produced in small quantities but certainly better quality than other thinner shelled guards I have seen probably produced overseas.

Maybe a matter of hanging in, and being patient.

If the guards are anything like mine, you will not be disappointed.

Do you know if the Mirrorguards would effectively protect in a "mirror strike" accident two opposing vehicles travelling at approximately 40mph (80mph total)  ??

I bought a pair of Mirrorguards at the NEC a year ago after inspecting the somewhat flimsy Milenco version. I read in the latest CAMC magazine that Milenco have improved the strength of their product but whether it will match Mirroguards remains to be seen.

I'm not sure that "jousting" at 40mph is recommended whatever product is used.

Agree with the original poster about service. Bought my first pair online a few years ago, card charged but guards hadn't arrived days later, rang and the attitude was very much 'so what'.

When someone else produces some that are as effective he won't have a business anymore.
