i would appreciate some help just arrived a Warwick and thought everything was working ok but suddenly the control panel has gone black.  I have power to the sockets both 13 amp and 12v ones the electric hot plate works but the fridge doesn't.  No lights cos I have to start them at the control panel.  It's this year's Swift Conqueror and it seems bizarre to have some stuff aand not the rest.  I can't get the fridge working on gas either.

OK been to the fuse box and numbers 1 - 10 or whatever I understood a red light would show if fuse was gone.  No 1 has a green light on and is a 25 amp one.  There is a 75 amp one which I would expect to be the control panel et al?  No light there.  I have some fuses with me but no bigger than 20 amp which didn't change anything.

Incidentally I would sacrifice some accessible cupboard space although this fuse box isn't in a far corner as my previous one but at least that had the trip switches at eye level elsewhere.

Pippah, I assume you intend to ring the dealer and speak to a technician when they open for business.

from memory of our Swift MHs with Sargent control panels, they did sometimes freeze....

a remedy was a bit like a PC reboot.....prise off the surrounding bezel, you may then need to unscrew a few holding screws, then you'll see the panel connected by a plug in connector....

just remove it, wait a few seconds and then plug back in.

    good luck.

Yes TW just about to do that thanks.

Thank you BB if nothing worked that would make sense and I tried unplugging from the mains etc.  12amp sockets work but no lights.  Power sockets work no lights......

     Awaiting call back.........
