we have been caravanning for over 25 years and  the last time we was away and it was ready to hitch up to go home we took wheel locks off legs locks off hitch lock off my wife reversed the car to hitch up but the van would not go on the ball my wife pulled car forward got out asked what was wrong I told her she lifted hitch handles up out pops the hitch lock ball  she then reversed car up and then said do you need a hand with hitching it on with her lovely sarcastic tone
