Hi everyone, we have just purchased our first caravan and joined the club. Looking forward to getting out with the caravan, we collect it in a couple of weeks and have booked one of the club sites at Hythe in Kent (fairly local). My first question is that we received our welcome pack but not the membership card does this come separately?

Thanks in advance and seeing as we know nothing about caravans I'm sure I will be asking many questions sorry.

    Hi Andy.  Welcome to the  Caravan and Motorhome Club and especially to Club Together.  You must be really looking forward to picking up the caravan.

    To be honest, it's been so long ago when I joined the Club, I can't remember if the membership cards come with the pack, or later.  It might be worth giving membership a ring on 01342 318813 during the day.

    When you get going, you may very well have questions.  Please ask them on here, there is a wealth of experience on here - just choose the most appropriate section.  There are plenty to choose from.  Look forward to hearing from you.  Do let us know how you get on with it all.

    Hi Andy

    Welcome to the Caravan and Motorhome Club. 

    Your membership cards should now have arrived?  They do come to you separately but should be with you within 7 to 10 working days of joining. 

    Like David says, if they have not arrived please speak with one of our Membership Team on 01342 318813 and they will be happy to help. 

    I hope you enjoy your first stay on our Club Site.
