    That's my plan too.  Knee replacement on 10th September... unless they cancel it.  Then I will have a period when I can't drive.  It's the not driving that I'm dreading more than the op.

    Booked into the NYM Site, near Whitby for a week towards the end of September.  Looking forward to seeing the moors in all their autumn glory.

    In two weeks time; Garonne Canal, cycling, Roses Bay, swimming, Ebre Delta, birdwatching, Olivia to Denia, tourists!   Home early November, Christmas shopping, wife, not me!

    Hey, someone has re-laid the approach road to Black Knowl, for that last mile it is heaven!   All the big holes have gone.

    Just back from Culzean Castle. Nice site even if it is the other clubs.

    Next trip is to Chester Fairoaks assuming I dare let my wife loose with the credit card in the outlet centre.

    Indeed. We stayed at a CL near Fordingbridge a couple of weeks ago. We made the mistake of going to Lyndhurst, horrendous queues ☹️
