Good to see CL's in the Magazine

Great to see the Club Magazine featuring CL sites in the September edition with a 'Special Feature' (P14) called 'Escape to the Country' looking at smaller Club sites and CL's with a special emphasis on 'off-grid' living.

Even better, the magazine reports 14 new CL's on the network with a loss of only 5 this month. There are now 2,274 CL's available, and hopefully a few more by the end of the year.

    Good to see CL'S featured  in the magazine, and even better to see more new ones opening.

    This year we have stayed at quite a few different cls in different areas  of the country,   all ones we haven't used before. They have all been very different but all very good.☺

    Yes, it was good to see but even more on them would be better.

    I think that there are probably many members like us who are in the club for the CLs and rarely stay at club sites.Therefore as paid up members our interests are poorly served by the magazine with very little cover on CLs.

    Having said that, I accept that it has improved a bit on this subject of late.

    When an area is subject to an article i think local cls  are normally part of the club sites shown

    It's just a pity that they seem to choose the same CLs time and again.....I wonder why that might be!!

    Is that true? as the same cls cannot cover the whole countrysurprised

    Yes, I always mark up in my site directory CLs that have appeared in the magazine, and there have been some that have occurred more than once, even within the last two years I think.

    Yes it would! But it's the weekend now so I can't see a response coming.
