Austria Caravan Service

Hello everyone 👋🏻

I am currently touring Europe and we are in Austria at the moment, until end Sept. 

We are in Mondsee near Salzburg for at least a week and will be in Vienna for probably last 3 weeks of Sept.

The problem is we desperately need to get our Caravan serviced (we have a Dethleffs Camper, 520 I think it is) can anyone advise anywhere? I have looked briefly & couldn’t see any 😣

Any help would be hugely appreciated 😍

    Ask the campsite where you are staying to suggest a caravan dealer to do the servicing.

    Or if it's a repair which is needed then phone Red Pennant if you are insured with them.

    Not knowing your situation or travel plans (Euro's comments above would be my first choice too) but I stayed at Lech Camping near Augsburg if you're heading back that way. They do servicing and repairs etc.

    Have you checked online? The Dethleffs web page should list service agents. Why is the caravan in such desperate need of a service, have you a problem?

    There's a Dethleffs dealer about halfway between Salzburg and Vienna:

    Alternatively, there is also one in Gerasdorf near Vienna (Star Caravan)
