Can anyone help explain the wording of Baileys warranty. The 6 year ingress is fine, its more about what is termed 3 year warranty which then goes on to relate to a 2 year warranty period other than for a few exceptions. Hence is it 2 or 3 years warranty, we ask.

We are trying to establish if windows are warranted for 3 years as they are not mentioned specifically. Our dealer refers to Miriad warranting them for 2 years but our contract is not with Miriad rather our dealer and as the Bailey booklet does not say differently we presumed 3 years warranty.

Anyone had any experience of this situation. Its page 3 of the Bailey Handbook.

If it has not changed since we bought ours in 2014. The wording indicates that after year 2 (so for year 3) only the functionality of the opening / closing system (stays, handles and  catches) are covered. So it would depend on what problem you have with them.
