Elddis avante 866 leakage issue

I picked up my new 2018 model in January and have used it for 3 weeks in total since that date. Due to weather haven’t been away in heavy rain until recently and was woken up by water running in through the skylight over the foward bed. It looks as though water is pooling next to the skylight on the foof due to a slight dip, to the point where it is now running over he plastic surround. Will be contacting my dealer (Preston Caravans) as pretty annoyed about this but wandered if anyone else as seen a similar issue.

    We had water running into the van fron the rear of the front sky light of our 2014 Affinity 550 and are waiting for the parts from Elddis including new ceiling panels etc.

    We found as we were still using the van in the meantime that by parking the van with the rear slightly down it stopped water pooling and kept things dry.
