A Lucky Escape

Last Sunday morning After taking our van for a run & to get some fuel, for our trip away. I noticed this (see pics). I am lead to believe it is a tool that thieves use to open windows or to take the trim from around them so they can access your vehicle. After notifying the local neighbourhood watch I was informed that a motorhome was stolen from my neighbourhood that very morning. I can only assume that I was very lucky & they must of been disturbed.

So people be aware.

Sorry for some reason it wont let me load my pictures.

Why not post it on the forum to alert others, Danzvan? You can post pics on the forum but not (easily) here.

You can also post a link to a similar tool from a sellers site.

A number of years ago we stopped our X-Trail o a very busy supermarket car park whilst shopping. When we returned I noticed a pry bar in the well where the wiper blades park. Somebody had obviously been disturbed and I gained a nice tool. I did alert the store manager and local police for their info.
