Alde heating

We have a Alde 3010 wet heater, the water works fine but have no heat on the Rads,  the temp is set to 30c  but will not circulate  the pie out of the boiler and in to it are getting warm.up to about a foot on either side and the rest are cold. i have opened the valves to check for air locks  but still not working after a few minutes the boiler cut out as the fluid in it has reached temperature the circulation pump in the header tank is still running but fluid not circulate and warming the rest of the van.  can one had the same problem.

    Hello, is the header tank up to the right level.

    And which control are you using?  The basic Alde one or the Sargant control panel as it is more complex

    Hi,  ALDE have a great U.K. support unit.     Email them at “info@alde.co.uk”, and explain the problem.   Give them your mobile number and ask them to ring you when you are in your van.    I did this because my radiators were not getting very warm and some were hotter than others.    I was talked through what to do and it fixed the problem in minutes.

    Mine was air related but the ALDE solution was to make the system get rid of the air and it worked.

    Hi MT, I deliberately didn’t do that because he has a caravan and I have a motorhome and they have a different setup.     Plus, he will be in good hands with ALDE.    Once he has made contact once he will know exactly what to do next time and be confident he has good support.
