Emove motor mover

I have an emove motor mover fitted, the EM303A model I believe. Unfortunately I can't find the manual so don't know how to manually dissengage the mover. I have searched online for a manual, no luck. I have also tried twice to contact emove via their website but they haven't got back to me, not impressed! Does anyone know where I could get a manual? Has anyone got a manual they could scan so I can see the relevant section? Failing that could someone decribe how to manually dissengage the mover?
