caravan arrived at CAMC site in new forest at 6.45 am this morning to go on his pre booked serviced pitch. Pitch was not available so he was placed in LNA area. Info from another forum.

Thats the earliest I’ve ever heard of.

    Possibly booked for last night but held up - there were many, many traffic problems yesterday. undecided

    Not really. We spent years happily staying on a lovely site where folks very quietly arrived and departed at all hours of the day and night. Back in the days when folks were polite, caring, respectful...... our latest ever arrival was 1am, held up horrendously in traffic. We woke no one on the CL, having made sure with owners they were happy for us to creep onto a pitch and set up to sleep. It's mainly Club Sites and regular users that enjoy regimentation and all those rules...........laughing
