Outfit does not fit
I was recently on the Coed-y-llwyn site having booked a non awning pitch. On arrival I was offered 3 pitches to choose from and I chose pitch 60. After setting up I unfortunately found that I had stood in dog poo the grass verge to the pitch, I then found 2 more droppings. I went to the office and reported the poo and asked if the grass could be cut to help get rid of the residue and the smell. The warden duly turned up and cut the grass and whilst there informed me that I could not park my car to the let hand side as would be too close to any outfit that used pitch 61. I showed him the room on the other side which he agreed I could not get my car in so said I should park it too the front which meant it could infringe on the road, but I did as asked.
" days later after a change of warden I had a knock on my caravan to which I went out to see the new warden who suggested my car was in a difficult position for vans going past and I could get my car damaged so he spark to the left of my van, I told him what I had been told but he said my choice, I moved it to the side.
It so happens I had a measuring tape with me so I set about measuring the pitch, my van and car widths. The pitch width is 5400mm plus 1500mm grass verge. my car is 2145mm my van 2280mm, the distance from pitch edge to number pin is 1200mm and the depth of my steps 550mm. totalling it all up total width inc grass verge is 6900mm less total of van, car, steps and area for water and waste leaves 725mm to get off the bottom step and find some where to sit and tie the dog up.
I would suggest that this is looked at as it is not a adequate size of pitch.

Have you sent this information to HO, MC as it is they that need to have this information?
To help I've report it to the Community Manager to see if that brings any kind of response.

Hello Maurice,
Thank you so much for your feedback. I've spoken to the Regional Manager and he will be visiting the site in the next week and will review the pitch and how it is managed. We apologise for any confusion caused.

Perhaps the OP doesn't know to look in this section of CT, as he posted in the Story Section, so I'll say thanks to you on his behalf, Rowena.
