Broken front curtains

Hi

 

We have a Bailey Ranger 500/5 with a  large single piece front window. Unfortunately the curtains are coming away from the bottom hem which glides along the bottom railing - if that makes sense!

 

Does anyone know anywhere which fixes them?  Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance.
