Hello, we are new to the club and are concerned about servicing. There seems to be very little help on this subject. Unfortunately we have already had a bad experience with a so-called Approved Workshop. Where do we go to find recommendations?

Thank you.

    Hello, Andruth.

Is your caravan new enough for servicing to be needed to keep the warranty in place, or is it an older model?

What part of the country are you in?

Sorry to hear that you have had an unfortunate experience with an 'Approved Workshop'. I use an approved mobile service engineer and get excellent service costing much less than at a dealer; he comes to my house so I can see what he does.  Where are you located?  Sure you will get suggestions following that info.

We recently changed from a main Bailey dealership to a local approved workshop and they actually did a much better job of it including washing the van. You may have been unlucky - if you let us know what area you live in I'm sure someone would be able to make a recommendation.

Very good point about the warranty.

yes area would help us give you some good and bad dealers to avoid as well.
