Cherry Hinton and Cambridge

We plan to visit the Cambridge area, tomorrow, for the first time. Is the Cherry Hinton site the best choice? We have a motorhome, and tend to use public transport. I am aware that there is a bus. We would like to visit Ely and Cambridge, but also enjoy the countryside.

Thanking you, in advance,

Carole

The buses run about every 10mins to Cambridge City centre via the railway station and there are plenty of buses from city to most places, and the train is best for Ely

I will no longer use the site due to poor exit visibility and will use C&CC when next wishing to visit the City

You have not left yourself much time to change your mindwink Seriously, Cherry Hinton is very convenient for public transport into Cambridge. Re Easy T's comment I think they have improved the entrance/exit since his last visit when we have used the site we have not had a problem. We have also used the C&CC site which is perhaps one of their better sites. Public transport nearby but probably not as frequent as from Cherry Meadows.
